EXECUTIVE SERVICE (This position serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority.)   The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) owns, operates, and maintains eight major toll facilities comprised of four bridges, two tunnels, and two turnpikes, across the State of Maryland.
