The House of Innovation (HOI) at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) is currently seeking applications for two postdoctoral positions. The positions will be at the heart of growing research programs on artificial intelligence technologies, the future of work, and digital innovation working with Elmira van den Broek, Anna Essén, Stefan Haefliger, Bomi Kim, Sebastian Krakowski, and Magnus Mähring. The positions come with an option to teach and strong support to publish existing research from the PhD. The earliest starting date for the positions is May 2024.

The postdoctoral positions are designed for individuals who have built a research agenda during their PhD research, with a keen interest in further developing new datasets as well as their methodological and theoretical expertise. We are looking for candidates with a background in Information Systems (IS), Innovation, Organizational Theory (OT), or Strategy with a strong interest in technology, who are highly motivated to publish in top-tier journals in information systems, management and organization science.
These positions are part of the Wallenberg Digital Innovation Program, offering a unique opportunity for researchers to engage with the Swedish Center for Digital Innovation, a collaborative effort among Gothenburg University, Umeå University, and Stockholm School of Economics. The applicants must hold a PhD or equivalent and show an ability and aspiration to publish manuscripts in the top journals of our field. Priority will be given to candidates with research relevant to the topics above and the applicant must have professional proficiency in English. We expect the candidates to relocate to Stockholm.
