The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) has an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a Professional Engineer (PE) license and strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to plan and manage multiple VRE capital projects through the design and construction phase. This position coordinates project design and construction for multiple capital projects and improvements simultaneously including railroad, railroad facilities, and station construction and maintenance projects and provides engineering and construction management input during the planning and environmental compliance phases.
