Postdoctoral Researcher
Two joint postdoctoral positions are available in the labs of Prof. Millicent Sullivan and Prof. Kristi Kiick in the Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering and the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Delaware. One position is focused on the design of collagen-inspired biomaterials for gene therapy in chronic wounds. A key focus is on the use of gene therapy for immunomodulation within diabetic ulcers. Interested candidates should have a background in one or several of the following areas:  polymer/peptide biomaterials engineering, gene delivery, cutaneous wound repair, and/or tissue repair/regeneration.
