Lead and direct the Service Delivery Department in support of agency and division goals for service quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing the analysis and performance of service planning (normal, degraded, emergency, special event, track access), schedule making, operator assignments, workforce utilization, and cost analysis. Additionally, collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to improve schedule reliability, on-time performance and interaction with operators to help identify scheduling issues that may impact operator performance or diminish the quality of service.
