This is an exciting time to join LCRA as we continue to grow and enhance our transmission system. We have an opportunity for a Civil Engineer with a Texas PE to be part of our Transmission Line Operations and Maintenance Engineering (TL O&M) team.  In this role, you'll apply your structural knowledge of concrete and steel in the analysis and design of repairs to lattice steel structures and steel/concrete poles.  Ideally, you'd be familiar with overhead transmission line design and use PLS-CADD to review existing and proposed encroachments on LCRA's transmission rights-of-way. As an integral member of the TL O&M team, you'll have the chance to use your experience to tackle engineering problems, work closely with field personnel, identify process improvements, and learn new skills
