NATURE OF WORK An employee in this class is responsible for performing a variety of assignments of unusual difficulty in administration and supervision of major engineering functions within the Smart Mobility Division to include related budgetary actions. Under general direction, employees are required to exercise extensive initiative and independent judgment in selection of work methods and formulation of recommendations to meet, measure, and report on program needs, objectives, and goals. Work is reviewed through conferences, oral and written reports and observation of results obtained.
