The Controller position is an exciting growth opportunity for an individual to be an integral part of the management team that is leading the company from a sole proprietorship to an Employee-Owned Company (ESOP). Banning has continued to grow their revenue by generating a fifty percent increase over the past five years. The Controller is responsible for developing and directing the organization’s financial and accounting practices, policies, and procedures. The Controller is responsible for the financial planning, budget forecasting and reporting on metrics to optimize growth.  This position oversees daily accounting operations, conducts financial data analysis, and prepares/presents financial reports.
