The Position The Utility Operations & Services department is seeking a Conveyance Engineering Division Manager. This position directs, manages, and coordinates the programs and activities related to the planning, design, and construction of capital improvement projects for sanitary and surface water conveyance systems within Clean Water Services (CWS).  Essential Functions (The essential functions listed below are not intended to reflect all duties that may be assigned to this classification. Additionally, some incumbents may not perform all Essential Functions.)  Develops, modifies, and implements division priorities, goals, objectives, and policies as they relate t
