The Deputy Executive Director assists with the leadership, management, and overall direction of OWASA. Our dedicated team delivers valuable water and wastewater services that are essential to our community’s health, environment, and economy through the stewardship of infrastructure and natural resources.   Key responsibilities include: · Ensuring OWASA provides high-quality and reliable services to our customers. · Supervising and managing multiple departments through 4 Department Directors who supervise Water Resources (lake recreation, land management, treatment, lab, maintenance); Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Systems; Wastewater Management (treatment, lab, maintenance, biosolids recycling, reclaimed water treatment)
