GENERAL DEFINITION OF WORK This is a highly responsible management position providing supervision and technical support for Engineering & Operations (E&O) divisions of Power Delivery, Distribution Engineering, GIS, Dispatch and Compliance, and T&D Operations. An incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Operations on a wide variety of complex administrative and professional duties related to utility engineering or operations.  May serve as the Vice President of Operations in their absence and exercises considerable independent judgement, discretion, initiative and independence in carrying out their responsibilities.  Work is performed under the general direction of the Vice President of Operations.  Performs related work as required.
