The Operational Excellence Analyst serves as a University expert in the application of the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) process improvement methodology and promoting operational excellence. In support of the Lean Six Sigma certification program curricula, the Operational Excellence Analyst will serve as an instructor, mentor, trainer, and consultant at a level commensurate with LSS certification level.
