Description NAVFAC Atlantic is looking to fill two positions with this announcement, a drinking water subject matter expert (SME) position and a petroleum, oil, lubricant (POL) SME position.  In these positions you will:  Serve as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for environmental compliance in order to develop technical requirements, prepare justifications, and/or provide technical expertise to leadership and other activities. Provide expert technical advice and assistance on the interpretation and applicability of current federal, state, regional, and local policies and directives. Review plans, designs, and specifications for improvement, alteration, and/or construction of facilities.
