Assist clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. Develop custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 7 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Defining and delivering scalable technical solutions and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds;
- Performing systems application implementations, software configurations, or other related coding in at least one or more of the following technical product suites: Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, cloud business applications or on-premise ERP business applications; and
- Performing third party integrations, applying knowledge of third-party functionality and impact of these integrations.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel up to 80% is required.
