The Krannert School of Management (http://www.krannert.purdue.edu/) at Purdue University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management, in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources area to begin August 2023.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. completed or near completion in Organizational Behavior (OB), Human Resource Management (HR), Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
Ability to work in a collegial atmosphere as part of a team
Strong evidence of recent research productivity and teaching excellence in OB, HR, or related fields, including evidence of conference presentations, research publications, exemplary teaching ratings, and awards.
We will begin reviewing applications October 1, 2022 and will continue until the position is filled. The successful candidate will be expected to teach OB or HR courses to our undergraduate and/or graduate students, conduct high-quality research in OB, HR and/or related fields, and participate in other school activities.
