CORE COMPETENCIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES Supports the compliance oversight of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standards for the company, which detail the requirements to be met to adequately plan, operate and protect the bulk electric system. Specific responsibilities include assisting subject matter experts in the development of compliance related procedures, participating in the implementation of new or modified standards, utilization of engineering skills to provide accurate interpretation and guidance on standards and analyzing documentation to ensure full compliance.
