LOCATION: Kansas City, KS REPORTS TO: General Manager The Head Maintenance Manager will support the critical aspects of the maintenance department to ensure the continuous and ongoing operations of our plant. This position is responsible for scheduling,  coaching and developing maintenance technicians to provide a safe and reliable production environment. This position is instrumental in driving the Company’s maintenance strategy to keep our production floor moving. Core Responsibilities: Accepting responsibility for the safe completion of all work completed under direct supervision and conducting routine safety walks and inspections of the facility. Taking ownership of the equipment across the plant to ensure continuous and reliable operation
