Capital Improvement Project Engineer
This is a technical position which provides exceptional professional service in managing the design and construction administration of City Capital Improvement Projects.  Serves as a Project Engineer in the Engineering division responsible for contractor performance , schedule, budget, quality, and utility coordination for facilities and parks projects.  Develops work scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements while managing utility coordination, contracted professionals, engineering technicians, and other related professionals. Responsible for responding to non-routine problems that require in-depth discussion and/or negotiation. This position will lead or make presentations at City Council meetings, neighborhood meetings, and project meetings.  The
