Hawkins Water Tech is seeking a full-time Office Manager to provide hands-on leadership to the highly collaborative office team. Daily responsibilities include overseeing administrative operations, enhancing office processes/procedures, and providing outstanding support to owners and staff. Additionally, this position will ensure a customer-focused environment and proactively accomplish a variety of administrative tasks such as managing customer records, IT software, scheduling, and training. The ideal candidate will champion service excellence and professionalism to positively represent Hawkins Water Tech to all customers, partners, and internal colleagues.
A minimum of three years of successful experience in a professional office environment, required
Business and accounting acumen, strongly preferred
Leadership experience in a service-oriented industry, desired
Demonstrated proficiency with technology including MS Office, essential. Accounting Software experience, a plus
High School Diploma, required. Continuing education, a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
