The DFW Yield Management team maximizes revenue and optimizes value by providing customers the right product, at the right place and at the right price. The team uses data science and technology to create new revenue opportunities and improve revenue efficiencies all while working with DFW stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
Appling statistical analysis, pattern recognition, and machine learning to identify a plan and strategy for revenue maximization and ancillary revenue generation.
Appling relevant yield management demand forecasting techniques and develop then implement optimization algorithms to maximize revenue across all parking products.
Working to understand and measure consumer behavior to create pricing strategies and price points that appeal to different customer segments and maximize revenue. This includes utilizing machine learning segmentation techniques like K-Means clustering and price elasticity testing to maximize revenue to the right customer for the right price.
Identifying issues in data or the marketplace, diagnose root cause and create a strategy to implement a fix.
Demonstrating your advanced technical skills to build reports, incorporate automation, develop forecasts, manage databases and interface with the IT team.
Developing strategic and operational revenue plans for the airport’s various parking products, measuring key metrics and communicating results in written, visual or verbal format throughout all levels of the organization, primarily the C-suite.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, operations research, economics, statistics, marketing analytics or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience in the travel/hospitality industry, yield management, pricing strategy, business analysis, business planning, database management, optimization or quantitative analysis.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
Possession of a valid class C driver’s license.

Experience using one or more of the following software packages: caret, scikit-learn, numpy, pandas, jupyter, matplotlib, scipy, nltk, spacy, keras
Experience solving problems using one or more of the following techniques: Regression, Support Vector Machines, Decision trees, random forest, Boosting like XGBoost, PCA, K-Means
Build, analyze, and compare statistical and/or machine learning models
