As the Senior Process QA Engineer in the Quality Assurance Center of Excellence (COE)/Operational Excellence (OE) group, you will assess the quality and maturity of software engineering processes and artifacts across the WellSky corporation, advise and coach teams in quality best practices, define and drive the automation of release quality metrics, and define and communicate standards related to quality metrics for software engineering. In addition, you will implement and maintain audit methodologies to ensure compliance with standards, perform QA audits, assessments and reviews, identify issues, document results, track issues to resolution and continuously raise the bar for QA COE/OE practices company-wide.
Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree. Preferred majors are Quality Assurance Science, Quality Management, Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or other STEM related majors.
Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in Quality roles including quality process development and execution, process and data analysis, metrics definition, automation of metrics gathering, assessments and audits and continuous improvement.
Experience managing and maintaining a quality assurance road map that supports the corporation-wide product road maps.
Strong evidence of proven demonstrable experience in creating and visualizing actionable quality metrics expressing the degree of quality attained by the various product and engineering groups, especially related to release metrics.
Proven experience in representing the voice of the customer and driving insights-driven quality improvement efforts on behalf of the customer resulting in continuous improvements to the overall level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Strong interpersonal skills including a strong drive for results, problem solving, decision making, influencing, managing change and working with diverse and geographically distributed teams.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Attention to detail, professional presentation skills, and the ability to work with complex projects

Experience with Mediware now WellSky and/or a competitor’s application would be helpful
