Perform introductory engineering duties in planning and design under the direction and supervision of a licensed professional engineer. Apply engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria within rules, regulations, and operating procedures. Produce civil development plan sheets for commercial and industrial developments including site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, water distribution, and sanitary sewer collection using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil3D. Calculate earthwork quantities. Assist with preparation of public hearing displays as required. Attend field inspections with engineers as needed. Nominal travel 1-2 times every two months to conduct site observations.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely-related field. Possess Arkansas P.E./Intern license or have graduated from approved engineering program.
